Target Green, an Australian eco-solutions company, had a decent digital presence — but their website wasn’t pulling its weight. It was purely informational, lacked clear conversion paths, and wasn’t effectively showcasing their hybrid model of services and eco-friendly products.

- Seamlessly blend service promotion with eCommerce functionality

The Solution
To achieve this, I implemented a blend of design psychology, content strategy, and marketing automation, including:
- Redesigned the homepage with a value-first narrative
- Integrated a dual conversion system: “Get a Quote” for services & “Buy Now” for products
- Created product pages with persuasive storytelling and trust signals
- Added lead magnets (free guides, consultation forms) for inbound capture
- Optimized CTAs across the site for clarity and urgency
- Streamlined the checkout process for faster purchases
- Improved mobile UX and page speed
